  • Frank Sullivan boasts an impressive management background, with significant experience as a Brand Manager at Hasbro. His leadership saw him navigate the intricacies of several iconic brands, such as family games, Play-Doh, and Transformers, each of which thrived under his guidance. His journey later took him to Wayfair, where he shone as the Senior Merchandising Manager across multiple categories, specifically as the Senior Category Manager for the kitchen and dining category.

He is the Digital Category Lead at MilleporeSigma, a position capitalizing on his expansive background in e-commerce, digital marketing, strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. This role allows him to utilize his accumulated wisdom to drive digital transformation in business.

Outside his professional pursuits, Frank nurtures a deep-rooted love for sports, most notably golf. His connection with the game traces back to his high school days when he won the New England championship and has remained an ardent player. Working as a caddy and at a country club during his youth, he honed his golf skills and developed a profound appreciation for the game.

To Frank, golf mirrors life's challenges and rewards. It demands perseverance, offering no easy paths or assistance when times get tough. Mastery comes only through relentless practice and problem-solving. Beyond its competitive aspect, golf has been a means to foster relationships and build camaraderie with teammates.

In addition to golf, Frank is an accomplished runner, boasting participation in the prestigious Boston Marathon in 2001 and 2003. Living in Sullivan, he has found the perfect harmony between his work commitments and leisure pursuits. Like many, achieving a balanced work-life equilibrium has been a journey, but he believes he has discovered an optimal blend in his current setup.
